Senior Healthcare Contracts Specialist

Job Summary

Leading the drafting, negotiation, and management of complex business agreements, the full-time Senior Healthcare Contracts Specialist will serve as a strategic partner to internal stakeholders while working remotely to ensure efficient contract execution and mitigate contractual risk throughout the agreement lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Independently draft, review, revise, and negotiate complex commercial agreements, including master services agreements and non-disclosure agreements
• Analyze and negotiate non-standard contract provisions, escalating higher-risk issues to in-house counsel as necessary
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate timely contract review and execution while providing practical recommendations on contractual terms and risk management

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Legal Studies, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Paralegal Studies, or a related field
• 7+ years of experience in drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and managing complex commercial contracts
• Extensive experience negotiating contractual terms directly with various stakeholders
• Strong understanding of contract law principles and commercial negotiation practices
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, including managing complex legal documents
