Job Summary

Leading the development and deployment of data solutions, the full-time Senior Healthcare Data Advisor will serve as a Data Steward for the Clinical Shared Services team, providing user education and coordinating data management in a fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver customer-focused and scalable data and analytic product solutions
• Mentor a skilled team with clinical, operational, and technical expertise
• Collaborate with senior analytics leaders to prioritize and resource stakeholder data needs

Required qualifications

• Advanced experience in visual solution design and data engineering best practices
• Extensive experience with SQL optimization and database design
• Advanced experience in software development life cycle and agile methodologies
• Experience creating and using APIs for tool integration and automation
• Extensive experience leading new initiatives and engaging stakeholders
