A company is looking for a Senior Healthcare Data Analyst - Clinical Data Mapping & Quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Translate complex clinical concepts into data element mappings across diverse source systems
• Design and implement SQL queries that conform source data to the Qualified Data Model
• Develop and execute quality checklists and validation frameworks to ensure data integrity

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in healthcare data analysis with expertise in clinical data mapping
• Deep clinical domain knowledge and understanding of clinical workflows and medical terminology
• Advanced SQL proficiency and experience with healthcare databases and EHR systems
• Hands-on experience with major EHR platforms and understanding of their data models
• Working knowledge of healthcare data standards such as FHIR, HL7, and ICD-10
