Senior Healthcare Data Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Healthcare Data Analyst, remote position.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop reports and interactive dashboards to monitor program and operational performance
• Translate business questions into analytic requirements and deliver data-driven insights
• Onboard and mentor junior analysts while ensuring data quality and stewardship

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in data/analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, Public Health, Healthcare Administration, or related field (Required)
• 5+ years of analytics experience, including substantial work in healthcare
• Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and Tableau (or comparable BI tool) for dashboard/report development
• Knowledge of quality and regulatory measures (e.g., HEDIS, STARs) and population health analyses
• Experience with mentoring or guiding junior analysts and contributing to team standards
