Senior Healthcare Data Analyst

Job Summary

To support the research mission of the organization, the full-time Senior Healthcare Data Analyst will work remotely, specializing in retrospective clinical and population health research while providing end-to-end analytic support from study conception to manuscript development.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess research feasibility and translate clinical questions into analytic plans
• Extract, validate, and manage data from Epic, Databricks, and other sources
• Perform data cleaning, quality assurance, and statistical analyses

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in public health, epidemiology, biostatistics, or a related field (required)
• Minimum of 3 years of healthcare analytics or research experience
• Strong SQL skills and experience with Excel, Databricks, Python, or R preferred
• Knowledge of EHR data (Epic), clinical coding, and research methods
• Experience with REDCap and IRB processes preferred
