Senior Healthcare Data Analyst

Job Summary

As a critical member of the finance team, the full-time Senior Healthcare Data Analyst will develop data assets and models to provide insights into medical expense and risk adjustment performance while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Demonstrate mastery of SQL and BI tools to derive complex datasets and dashboards
• Lead the monthly enterprise reporting process, reviewing domains such as patient engagement and compliance
• Conduct analytics using various data sources to deliver actionable insights and support business performance improvements

Required qualifications:

• 4+ years of experience in healthcare data analytics or healthcare economics
• 4+ years of experience with analytic and modeling tools (SAS, SQL, Python, R, etc.)
• Understanding of key managed care concepts such as Risk Adjustment and Diagnosis Related Groups
• Ability to review datasets for accuracy and consult with stakeholders on data inconsistencies
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
