Senior Healthcare Data Analyst

Job Summary

Providing data analysis support remotely, the full-time Senior Healthcare Data Analyst will develop reports and dashboards to monitor program performance, promote self-service analytics, and ensure data quality while offering data-driven insights to business partners.

Key responsibilities

• Develop reports and dashboards to monitor operational performance and support programmatic analyses
• Promote self-service analytics for customer adoption and understanding of data
• Perform ad-hoc analyses and maintain data accuracy while identifying new metrics

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in analytics, statistics, informatics, business, public health, or related field
• 3 years of experience in data analysis
• Advanced-level skills in Microsoft Excel, SQL, and Power BI
• Experience with dashboard development and metric creation
• Preferred experience in Epic, claims, quality, and population health analytics
