Senior Healthcare Data Analyst
Job Summary
Providing data analysis support in a fully remote capacity, the Senior Healthcare Data Analyst will develop reports and dashboards, promote self-service analytics, and ensure data quality while mentoring junior analysts.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to monitor program and operational performance
- Support design and implementation of programmatic analyses and reporting capabilities
- Onboard and mentor new team members while ensuring data accuracy and identifying new metrics
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in data analysis
- At least 1 year of relevant experience in financial analysis, statistics, and population management
- Proficiency in SQL and Tableau
- Strong consultative engagement skills
