Job Summary

Working remotely, the full-time Senior Healthcare Data Engineer will design and deliver advanced analytics across healthcare data domains, automate reporting processes, and collaborate with finance and accounting teams to enhance data-driven decision-making.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deliver advanced analytics across various healthcare data domains
• Serve as a Subject Matter Expert in healthcare financial and operational data
• Build and maintain complex data models and reporting solutions for internal and external needs

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field
• 4+ years of experience in a reporting and analytical role
• Solid understanding of healthcare financial data, including Medicare Advantage plans
• Proficiency in Tableau or similar analytic reporting tools
• Advanced SQL, SSMS, and Excel skills
