Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Healthcare Data Scientist.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and interpret healthcare utilization and financial data to address business questions
• Collaborate with clients to identify populations, calculate utilization and costs, and estimate financial results
• Design platforms using SAS, SQL, and Tableau to report on healthcare deliverables and build predictive models

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree in relevant fields preferred
• Minimum of 3 years of healthcare industry experience
• At least 5 years of programming experience in SAS and SQL
• Experience with statistical methods for healthcare claims data and reporting tools like Tableau preferred
• Familiarity with healthcare databases and coding systems, with knowledge of Medicare and Medicaid data preferred
