Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Healthcare Economics Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and interpret healthcare data to identify key drivers of member engagement, cost, and utilization
• Identify trends and outliers from performance metrics, providing root-cause analyses and strategic recommendations
• Develop analytical plans and methodologies to monitor trends and evaluate clinical and financial outcomes

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of healthcare industry experience, including 2+ years with Managed Medicaid plans
• 5+ years of programming experience in SQL and 2+ years in Python
• Background in statistics/data science with experience in predictive modeling techniques
• Expertise in statistical methods for evaluating health outcomes
• Familiarity with Value-based Care and supporting analytics is a plus
