Key Responsibilities

• Design and maintain predictive models using Python, SQL, and AI Foundry
• Conduct analyses of healthcare program performance and evaluate clinical interventions
• Develop analytical datasets and create Power BI dashboards for data visualization

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Economics, Data Science, Public Health, Statistics, or related field
• 4+ years of analytics experience in healthcare or value-based care
• Strong proficiency in SQL (2+ years) and Python
• Experience with healthcare claims, EHR data, or Medicare/MA/ACO datasets
• Experience developing predictive models or machine learning applications
