Senior Healthcare Financial Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Healthcare Financial Analyst who will deliver advanced financial, operational, and analytical insights to inform strategic decision-making across clinical and business operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of financial and reimbursement performance reports
• Conduct complex data and variance analyses to identify trends and financial impacts
• Develop and maintain advanced Excel and financial models for revenue forecasting

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in life science, information science, finance, or related discipline required
• 5+ years of progressive experience in healthcare financial or reimbursement analytics
• Proven experience developing and presenting financial models and analytical reports
• Strong working knowledge of hospital reimbursement methodologies and DRG-based payment systems
• Certification in healthcare finance or data analytics preferred
