Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Healthcare Informatics Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Consults with business units to analyze and document business requirements for proposed solutions
• Collects, manipulates, and analyzes data from multiple sources, presenting findings to various staff levels
• Works with the EDM team to ensure data security and collaborates on report testing and revisions

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field with 4+ years of experience, or an associate degree with 7+ years, or high school equivalency with 10+ years of experience in business intelligence/analytics tools
• Solid knowledge of business concepts and analytics techniques
• Proficiency in SQL coding and advanced MS Excel functions
• Intermediate knowledge of healthcare claims payment systems and reimbursement methodologies
• Strong understanding of quality programs and measures in healthcare
