Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Healthcare Informatics Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Consult with business units to analyze, develop, and document business requirements and processes
• Collect, manipulate, and analyze data from multiple sources, presenting findings to staff
• Work with project managers and SMEs to revise reports, ensure data security, and test data structures

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field with 4+ years of experience, or an associate degree with 7+ years, or high school equivalency with 10+ years of experience
• Solid knowledge of business concepts, analytics techniques, and data policies
• Proficiency in SQL coding and advanced MS Excel functions
• Intermediate knowledge of healthcare claims payment systems and reimbursement methodologies
• Understanding of quality programs and measures in healthcare
