Senior Healthcare Informatics Analyst

Job Summary

To support healthcare improvement initiatives, the remote contract Senior Healthcare Informatics Analyst will leverage advanced analytics and predictive modeling to analyze healthcare data, develop insights for better patient outcomes, and optimize performance across clinical and business operations.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze healthcare utilization, clinical outcomes, and population health trends to drive strategic initiatives
• Develop predictive models and business intelligence solutions that enhance healthcare quality and reduce costs
• Transform complex data into actionable insights for executive leadership and cross-functional teams

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, Analytics, Finance, or a related field
• 4+ years of experience in healthcare analytics, informatics, data science, or management consulting
• Strong experience with healthcare data and analytical methodologies
• Proficiency in SQL, SAS, Python, R, Tableau, or Power BI
• Knowledge of Population Health Management, Risk Adjustment Programs, and Value-Based Care Initiatives
