Senior Healthcare Informatics Analyst

Job Summary

Transforming healthcare through data and analytics, the remote Senior Healthcare Informatics Analyst will leverage advanced analytics and predictive modeling to uncover insights that enhance patient outcomes and optimize operational performance over a 6-month contract.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze healthcare utilization, clinical outcomes, and population health trends to drive strategic initiatives
• Develop predictive models and advanced analytics to identify opportunities for improving healthcare quality and reducing costs
• Design and build reporting and business intelligence solutions that translate complex data into actionable insights for stakeholders

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, Analytics, Finance, or a related quantitative field
• 4+ years of experience in healthcare analytics, informatics, data science, or management consulting
• Strong experience with healthcare data and analytical methodologies
• Proficiency in SQL, SAS, Python, R, Tableau, or Power BI
• Familiarity with Population Health Management and advanced analytics techniques such as predictive modeling and machine learning
