Senior Healthcare Integration Engineer

Job Summary

Working remotely, the full-time Senior Healthcare Integration Engineer will assess, plan, and execute EDI transaction integration projects while managing daily processing of healthcare claims and facilitating discussions with vendors and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess, plan, and execute new business implementation and integration projects concerning EDI transactions
• Manage and monitor daily processing of healthcare claims, ensuring timely intake, validation, and staging for downstream processing
• Facilitate discussions with vendors and internal stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document detailed requirements for EDI implementations

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant technology field
• 4-7 years of experience in IT operations or systems engineering
• 2+ years of EDI technical support experience within a healthcare payer organization or TPA
• Strong experience writing and troubleshooting complex SQL
• Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Python, PowerShell, Bash) and automation tools
