Job Summary

Driving large-scale EHR implementations and system modernization initiatives, the full-time Senior Healthcare IT Program Manager will oversee complex projects, manage cross-functional teams, and ensure compliance with federal and state priorities while delivering measurable outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead program strategy, governance, budgeting, and execution across healthcare IT projects
• Manage teams and coordinate efforts across vendors and stakeholders to align workstreams
• Oversee risks, timelines, dependencies, and major milestones, ensuring compliance and continuous improvement

Required Qualifications

• 10-15+ years in healthcare IT, program management, consulting, or government
• Experience with large-scale, multi-workstream programs and team leadership
• Background with EHR systems such as Cerner or Oracle Health
• Federal/state healthcare experience, including VA, DoD, CMS, Medicaid, and Public Health
