Senior Healthcare IT Program Manager

Job Summary

Driving the successful delivery of large-scale healthcare IT initiatives, the full-time Senior Healthcare IT Program Manager will oversee EHR implementations and system modernization, managing cross-functional teams and ensuring compliance with federal and state priorities.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead program strategy, governance, budgeting, and execution across healthcare IT projects
• Manage teams and coordinate efforts across multiple vendors and stakeholders
• Oversee risks, timelines, dependencies, and ensure compliance and reporting

Required Qualifications

• 10-15+ years in healthcare IT, program management, consulting, or government
• Experience with large-scale, multi-workstream programs and team leadership
• Background with EHR systems (Cerner/Oracle Health, Epic, etc.)
• Federal/state healthcare experience (VA, DoD, CMS, Medicaid, Public Health)
