Senior Healthcare IT Project Manager

Job Summary

Leading complex healthcare technology initiatives, the full-time Senior Healthcare IT Project Manager will manage projects related to Epic integrations, enterprise applications, and infrastructure deployments while collaborating with clinical and operational leaders in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead healthcare technology initiatives from planning through implementation and operational transition
• Develop project plans, timelines, resource strategies, and budgets while coordinating activities across multiple teams
• Identify and manage project risks, monitor performance, and communicate progress to leadership and stakeholders

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• Seven or more years of experience leading complex IT projects within healthcare or enterprise environments
• Demonstrated success managing multiple large-scale, cross-functional initiatives simultaneously
• Experience supporting healthcare technology ecosystems, including Epic or other electronic medical record platforms
• Strong understanding of project governance, risk management, and stakeholder engagement
