Job Summary

A healthcare company is looking for a Senior Healthcare Operations Vice President.

Position Responsibilities:

• Develop, execute, and evaluate initiatives and strategies for all operational aspects aimed at enhancing operational efficiency and clinical outcomes
• Provide leadership, guidance, and expertise to the clinical operations team, fostering a culture of excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement
• Collaborate cross-functionally to streamline operations, eliminate inefficiencies, and enhance overall organizational performance while promoting effective communication to achieve shared outcomes

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum of ten (10) years healthcare experience, preferably with care delivery for patients with kidney disease or other chronic illness
• 5+ years of progressive leadership experience in healthcare operations
• Demonstrated success as a Senior Leader in driving and implementing operational strategies that drive organizational performance and improve patient outcomes
• Experience scaling a high-growth organization
• Active clinical licensure (preferably RN but will also consider SW, RD, Pharmacist, or others)
