Senior Healthcare Policy Advisor

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Advisor - Healthcare Programs & Policy (CMS).

Key Responsibilities

• Provide oversight over technical execution for CMMI initiatives and solve complex issues related to stakeholder management and data analysis
• Develop and deliver high-impact communications for cross-functional leadership addressing compliance risks and contributing to CMS policy development
• Lead data collection, quality control, analysis, and reporting to support strategic decision-making for Medicaid and Medicare models

Required Qualifications

• Master's degree (MA/MS) in healthcare, health policy, or relevant fields
• 10+ years of relevant professional experience, with additional education potentially substituting for experience
• Experience with CMS policies regarding payment and delivery models
• Experience interpreting healthcare data systems for policy decision-making
• Intermediate experience with Microsoft Office and collaboration tools
