A company is looking for a Senior Healthcare Program Manager to lead complex healthcare programs for enterprise clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end program coordination and governance for high-complexity client engagements
• Establish and enforce program governance standards and ensure consistent program visibility
• Rapidly assess program health, manage escalations, and drive cross-functional responses

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in program, project, or client delivery management, preferably in consulting or healthcare
• Demonstrated success in managing large, complex programs with multiple stakeholders
• Strong executive presence and ability to influence without authority
• Proven organizational and documentation discipline in ambiguous environments
• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree is a plus
