Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Healthcare Recruiter to lead full-cycle recruitment for clinical and healthcare operations roles.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for healthcare roles including Physicians, PMHNPs, RNs, and Clinical Operations
• Source, screen, and interview candidates for high-volume and specialized roles
• Partner with Hiring Managers to understand business needs and hiring priorities

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of recruitment experience
• 3+ years specializing in U.S. healthcare/clinical recruitment
• Strong knowledge of U.S. healthcare regulations and compliance standards
• Experience with high-volume hiring and ATS systems
• Ability to work full-time aligned with U.S. Eastern Time (EST) hours
