Key Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for healthcare roles including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates
• Partner with Hiring Managers to understand business needs and evaluate candidates against regulatory standards
• Develop and maintain talent pipelines and track market trends to align hiring strategies

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of recruitment experience
• 3+ years specializing in U.S. healthcare/clinical recruitment
• Strong knowledge of U.S. healthcare regulations and compliance standards
• Experience with high-volume hiring and ATS systems
• Ability to work full-time aligned with U.S. Eastern Time (EST) hours
