Key Responsibilities
  • Drive organizational growth by acquiring qualified medical provider candidates
  • Consult with business leaders to develop and execute recruitment strategies
  • Manage job requisitions and prioritize positions based on business needs
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required
  • Six years of recruiting experience, preferably in a healthcare setting
  • Three years of experience recruiting medical providers, preferably primary care physicians and nurse practitioners
  • Experience in agency and corporate settings is preferred
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish is highly preferred
