Job Summary
To support a growing healthcare organization, the fully remote Senior Healthcare Recruiter will manage full-cycle recruiting for clinical and operational roles, collaborating with hiring managers to develop strategies and ensure a high-quality candidate experience.
Key responsibilities
- Own full-cycle recruiting for a variety of clinical and care delivery roles, including Care Managers and operational leaders
- Support hiring across additional business functions, including Sales, Marketing, and Finance as needed
- Build and manage strong candidate pipelines through proactive sourcing and networking while delivering an exceptional candidate experience
Required qualifications
- 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a startup environment, preferably in healthtech or similar regulated fields
- Demonstrated success in recruiting for clinical roles as well as non-clinical positions
- Experience managing a large requisition load while ensuring strong candidate experience
- Proven ability to independently source and assess candidates in competitive talent markets
- Familiarity with modern ATS platforms and strong understanding of recruiting metrics
