Job Summary

To support complex healthcare clients, the full-time Senior Healthcare Revenue Cycle Specialist will manage billing, collections, and accounts receivable activities while ensuring timely claim submission and payment resolution, working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Manage billing, collections, and accounts receivable activities for healthcare clients
• Analyze aging reports and reimbursement trends to implement process improvements
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing revenue cycle support and status updates

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• 5+ years of healthcare revenue cycle, billing, collections, or accounts receivable experience
• Experience working with hospitals, physician groups, or similar healthcare providers
• Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, managed care, and healthcare reimbursement processes
• Experience using EHR systems, billing software, and payer portals
