Senior HEDIS Quality Analyst
Job Summary
Serving as an enterprise subject matter expert, the full-time Senior HEDIS Quality Analyst will manage advanced HEDIS quality oversight, audit readiness, and submission support activities while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Lead complex NCQA audit workstreams and ensure accurate documentation and submissions
- Interpret and apply federal and state regulatory requirements to HEDIS documentation and workflows
- Identify and mitigate audit and submission risks while driving continuous improvement initiatives
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare or related field; Master's Degree preferred
- 4+ years of related experience in HEDIS, Quality Audits, or regulated healthcare environments
- Project management experience in HEDIS, regulatory, audit, or quality improvement preferred
- Expertise in regulatory interpretation and audit readiness
- Experience in developing and maintaining enterprise standards and documentation
