Senior HEDIS Quality Analyst
Job Summary
Serving as an enterprise subject matter expert, the full-time Senior HEDIS Quality Analyst will independently lead complex HEDIS audit workstreams, ensure audit readiness, and provide expert guidance on regulatory requirements while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Lead complex NCQA audit workstreams, including documentation and auditor communications
- Interpret and apply federal and state regulatory requirements to HEDIS documentation and workflows
- Identify and mitigate audit and submission risks, developing corrective actions for complex issues
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare or a related field, or equivalent experience required
- Master's Degree in Healthcare or a related field preferred
- 4+ years of related experience in HEDIS, Quality Audits, or regulated healthcare environments required
- Project management experience in HEDIS or regulatory audits preferred
