Senior HELOC Operations Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr HELOC Consumer Operations Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor team performance using QC metrics and trend analysis to identify systemic risks and improvement opportunities
• Analyze recurring and cross portfolio issues; determine root causes and recommend corrective and preventative actions
• Develop and maintain job aids, analytical tools, and documentation to support consistent execution and risk mitigation

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; Associate's degree preferred
• Prior Senior Analyst experience a must
• Minimum 10 years of experience in consumer lines of credit, with a strong focus on HELOCs
• At least 10 years of hands-on experience with MSP, specifically within the Consumer Loan Workstation
• Proven ability to manage fraud detection and prevention strategies related to credit advances
