Job Summary

A company is looking for a Help Desk Specialist to support a major migration to Microsoft 365.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as SME and liaison for business units, gathering requirements and addressing user concerns
  • Analyze existing workflows and recreate them using Microsoft Power Automate
  • Provide hands-on assistance and troubleshooting for employees adopting Microsoft 365 tools
Required Qualifications
  • Deep expertise in Microsoft 365 suite and familiarity with admin centers (Exchange, SharePoint, Teams)
  • Proficiency in Power Automate; experience with Power Platform fundamentals
  • Prior experience supporting platform migrations (Google Workspace to Microsoft 365 preferred)
  • Eligible to work in North America (remote acceptable)
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
