Job Summary

Senior Help Desk Technician is a full-time position requiring strong operational and automation experience to enhance IT support services through complex issue resolution and sustainable system development.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide Tier 2/Tier 3 support for complex hardware, software, and SaaS-related issues
  • Build and maintain internal AI-driven support tools and automation systems
  • Identify repetitive tasks and implement workflow improvements and automation solutions
Qualifications & Experience:
  • Minimum of 4 years in IT support, help desk, or desktop support roles
  • Experience supporting both Windows and macOS environments in a business setting
  • Hands-on experience improving operational workflows and service processes
  • Experience with Google Workspace and Microsoft Entra administration
  • Familiarity with ITSM frameworks and best practices
