Job Summary
Senior Help Desk Technician is a full-time position requiring strong operational and automation experience to enhance IT support services through complex issue resolution and sustainable system development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide Tier 2/Tier 3 support for complex hardware, software, and SaaS-related issues
- Build and maintain internal AI-driven support tools and automation systems
- Identify repetitive tasks and implement workflow improvements and automation solutions
Qualifications & Experience:
- Minimum of 4 years in IT support, help desk, or desktop support roles
- Experience supporting both Windows and macOS environments in a business setting
- Hands-on experience improving operational workflows and service processes
- Experience with Google Workspace and Microsoft Entra administration
- Familiarity with ITSM frameworks and best practices
