Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Helpdesk Technician to provide technical support and manage deployment activities for IT asset management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate with the Inventory Team for order processing and endpoint deployments
  • Ensure accurate tracking and documentation of deployment inventory in the IT Asset Management System
  • Participate in testing of endpoint software, hardware, and deployment processes, providing support across all locations
Required Qualifications
  • 2+ years of customer support experience
  • Minimum 2 years of inventory experience
  • Familiarity with IT ticketing systems (e.g., Maximo, CA Service Desk)
  • Experience with Windows 10
  • Associate's degree
