Job Summary

Providing technical assistance to users, the full-time Senior Helpdesk Technician will resolve computer problems for clients remotely, addressing issues related to hardware, software, and operating systems.

Key responsibilities
  • Provide technical assistance to computer users via various communication methods
  • Resolve computer problems and answer questions regarding hardware and software
  • Assist with the use of computer systems, including installation and operation support
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field
  • Ten (10) years of experience in a similar helpdesk role
  • Must meet IAT-II requirements
  • Active Security clearance
