Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior HEOR Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and analyze large healthcare datasets using statistical techniques
• Conduct statistical analyses to assess healthcare utilization, treatment effectiveness, and patient outcomes
• Collaborate with teams to design and execute HEOR studies and generate comprehensive reports and visualizations

Required Qualifications

• Formal training in statistics, mathematics, epidemiology, health economics, public health, or a related field
• Advanced degree (e.g., Master or PhD) in quantitative fields preferred
• 4+ years of hands-on experience in healthcare data analysis, preferably in HEOR or related sectors
• Proficiency in statistical software such as SAS, R, STATA, or Python
• Familiarity with healthcare databases and coding systems (e.g., ICD, CPT, HCPCS)
