Job Summary
Analyzing healthcare data to evaluate economic and clinical outcomes, the full-time remote Senior HEOR Analyst will conduct statistical analyses, collaborate on HEOR studies, and generate reports to communicate findings effectively.
Key responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and analyze large healthcare datasets using statistical techniques
- Conduct descriptive and inferential statistical analyses to assess treatment effectiveness and patient outcomes
- Collaborate with teams to design and execute HEOR studies, ensuring alignment with research objectives
Required qualifications
- Formal training in statistics, mathematics, epidemiology, health economics, public health, or a related field
- Advanced degree (Master or PhD) in quantitative fields such as Health Economics, statistics, or biostatistics preferred
- 4+ years of hands-on experience in healthcare data analysis, preferably in HEOR or related sectors
- Proficiency in statistical software such as SAS, R, STATA, or Python
- Familiarity with healthcare databases and coding systems (e.g., ICD, CPT, HCPCS)
