Job Summary
Analyzing healthcare data to evaluate economic and clinical outcomes, the full-time Senior HEOR Analyst will collect and analyze large datasets, conduct statistical analyses, and collaborate with teams to design HEOR studies, all while working remotely.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and analyze healthcare datasets using statistical techniques
- Conduct descriptive and inferential statistical analyses to evaluate treatment effectiveness and patient outcomes
- Generate reports and visualizations to communicate findings to decision-makers
Required Qualifications
- Formal training in statistics, mathematics, epidemiology, health economics, or a related field
- Advanced degree (Master or PhD) in quantitative fields such as Health Economics, statistics, or biostatistics preferred
- 4+ years of hands-on experience in healthcare data analysis, preferably in HEOR or related sectors
- Proficiency in statistical software such as SAS, R, STATA, or Python
- Familiarity with healthcare databases and coding systems, with knowledge of Medicare and Medicaid data preferred
