Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Business, Information Technology, or a related field
• 10+ years of experience in consulting or solution delivery within the higher education sector
• Experience utilizing Salesforce platforms within a Higher Education setting
• Proven track record of managing complex client engagements and delivering technology-driven solutions
• Strong understanding of higher education institutional structures, processes, and challenges
