Senior HIM Application Analyst

Job Summary

To support the EHR Team, the full-time Senior HIM Application Analyst will implement, manage, and modernize the Cerner HIM Application while consulting on service line workflows and collaborating with clients to optimize system design and testing in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Evaluate, build, test, and maintain the Cerner HIM Application while resolving complex issues across functional lines
• Identify and report solution status, risks, and issues to project leadership, coaching on data collection and system design requirements
• Consult with internal teams and business partners to share configuration status, project timelines, and verify configuration requests

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field, or 6 years of relevant application experience
• 5-7 years of progressive experience in application systems analysis, configuration, or support of enterprise applications
• 6-10 years of direct application experience preferred
• Prior experience leading system enhancements, integrations, or upgrades within the healthcare industry preferred
