Senior Hogan Technical Lead

Job Summary

To support a large-scale core banking environment, the remote contract Senior Hogan Technical Lead will serve as the primary liaison between onshore stakeholders and offshore development teams, providing technical leadership, overseeing project delivery, and ensuring solution quality across Hogan initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary technical lead between onshore business partners and offshore development resources
• Own technical oversight and delivery across multiple Hogan-related initiatives and enhancement projects
• Review and validate offshore development work to ensure solutions meet quality and functional expectations

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of experience with Hogan Core Banking applications
• Proven experience leading technical teams and coordinating offshore development resources
• Strong IBM Mainframe development background, including COBOL, JCL, and DB2
• Deep understanding of Hogan architecture and operational concepts
• Demonstrated ability to lead distributed teams and manage stakeholder communications effectively
