Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Insurance Product Manager, Home.

Key Responsibilities

• Own Catastrophe (CAT) management and strategy, delivering state-specific recommendations for underwriting, pricing, and risk mitigation
• Drive countrywide pricing plans and overall homeowners strategy to ensure profitable growth
• Continuously monitor product performance and recommend data-driven improvements and enhancements

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of P&C experience, with at least 6 years in personal lines homeowner insurance state or product management
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Insurance, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• Exceptional analytical skills with a knack for identifying trends
• Strategic thinker with an ownership mentality, willing to challenge the status quo
• Strong organizational and project management capabilities, comfortable managing multiple complex priorities
