Senior Host Development Lead

Job Summary

Driving the vision and strategy of key host education programs, the full-time Senior Host Development Lead will create and execute global educational initiatives that empower Airbnb hosts to enhance their businesses and hospitality, collaborating cross-functionally to ensure alignment with company objectives.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage the end-to-end strategy, design, and execution of scaled host education initiatives
• Define program goals and optimize effectiveness through data-driven insights and host feedback
• Cultivate strong cross-functional relationships to influence priorities and deliver impactful work

Required qualifications:

• 12+ years of experience in Consulting, Strategy, Marketing, Education, or Program Management
• Proven track record of leading cross-functional strategic initiatives in a matrixed organization
• Expertise in designing educational content and programs for adult audiences
• Strong data and analytics acumen for guiding decisions and optimizing program impact
• Experience managing complex global programs while balancing competing priorities
