Senior HPC Support Engineer

Job Summary

Seeking a full-time Senior HPC Support Engineer focused on the Compute/GPU Platform, this remote position will manage sophisticated installations, maintenance, and operations for AI hardware and software products while serving as the primary technical contact for customers.

Key responsibilities

• Resolve complex customer concerns and technical issues through research and problem-solving for installations and support of products using Linux Operating Systems
• Debug and respond to user-reported issues on the DGX Platform, assisting customers during installation, operation, and maintenance
• Collaborate with engineering and marketing teams to provide feedback on product requirements and improve support processes

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in customer support and debugging for hardware and software products
• Proven experience with AI technologies and knowledge of enterprise platforms and systems engineering
• Strong understanding of Linux system administration, particularly with Red Hat Enterprise Linux and Ubuntu
• An academic degree in Networking, Computer Science/Engineering, or Electrical/IT (or equivalent experience)
• Experience with data centers, servers, distributed systems, and deep learning frameworks
