Senior HPE NonStop Systems Engineer
Job Summary
Seeking a full-time remote Senior HPE NonStop Systems Engineer who will administer and support HPE NonStop systems, ensuring the stability and performance of mission-critical platforms while collaborating with cross-functional teams on deployments and troubleshooting.
Key responsibilities
- Administer and support HPE NonStop (Tandem) systems, including configuration, upgrades, and preventive maintenance
- Monitor system health, capacity, availability, and performance while implementing backup and recovery strategies
- Collaborate with application teams for deployments, troubleshooting, and performance tuning to enhance system efficiency
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field
- Hands-on experience supporting HPE NonStop systems
- Experience with NonStop capacity planning, performance tuning, and troubleshooting
- Advanced knowledge of programming and systems analysis
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
