Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior HR Advisor to provide operational and advisory expertise across People & Workplace initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a high volume of employee relations cases, including performance management and conflict resolution
  • Coach managers on effective performance management and compliance with policies and labor laws
  • Execute and support HR programs and processes while maintaining accurate documentation and data integrity
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of 8 years of progressive Human Resources experience with a focus on employee relations
  • Experience managing high volume employee relations cases, particularly in healthcare or clinical environments
  • Strong understanding of employment laws and risk management
  • Proficiency with HRIS and familiarity with AI tools for efficiency
