Job Summary
Serving as a senior-level Human Resources subject matter expert, the full-time remote Senior HR Advisor will provide HR best practice guidance and compliance support to small and medium-sized businesses across the U.S., addressing complex employee relations and workplace issues while mentoring team members and enhancing service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide HR compliance and best-practice guidance to U.S.-based clients, addressing a wide range of HR-related inquiries
- Serve as a senior HR resource, supporting knowledge-sharing initiatives and mentoring colleagues
- Identify opportunities for improving workflows and lead departmental projects to enhance service delivery
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of progressive Human Resources experience in in-house or client-facing roles
- Advanced knowledge of U.S. employment laws and HR compliance
- Active HRCI or SHRM certification required
- Strong consultative and customer-facing communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and web-based applications
