Senior HR Advisor - Norway

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior HR Advisor for Norway.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop internal and external policies on leave management, performance management, investigations and claims, and terminations
• Execute leave of absence management, performance management, and other HR challenges that present legal or regulatory risk
• Manage employee claims related to unemployment benefits, leave or disability benefits, and grievances

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in HR advice/consulting or internal HR functions in a fast-paced organization in Norway
• Deep understanding of HR and payroll compliance rules and regulations in Finland
• Experience managing employee claims related to unemployment benefits and grievances
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Professional proficiency in Norwegian and English
