Senior HR Analyst
Job Summary
Ensuring the effective use and security of HR systems, the full-time Senior HR Analyst will manage Oracle and UKG configurations, maintain data quality, and develop HR dashboards while supporting compliance and integration initiatives.
Key responsibilities
- Administer and configure HR system modules, ensuring data quality through regular audits
- Develop and analyze HR dashboards and reports to forecast workforce trends and compliance metrics
- Provide Level 1-3 support for HR teams and conduct training on HRIS usage for staff
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or equivalent experience
- 3-5 years of experience in programming and systems analysis related activities
- Deep configuration knowledge of HR systems, including reporting and security
- IIBA CBAP certification preferred
- Experience with integration of job scheduling, payroll, and project accounting tools
